Engraved written inkt on a letter?

This picture looks very cool!



I've tried to search for a tutorial to do this. But I find only engraved tutorials
so it's not looks likes the inkt engraved on this picture.
My question is:
Do someone have a tutorial for something like this to make?
I know that it needs emboss & bevel.

And this one is very huge, maybe is it possible to make this on a letter with smaller font?

Indeed, it's difficult to make something like that!
The written style y've made, looks more like cartoon text . But y've tried and that's good.

yes it's standard in photoshop

when you load "Artistic surfaces"-textures it's here the 5th texture
i'm not sure what's it called in english but I think it's "Heavy Weave pattern"or "extra Heavy Weave pattern"
