Hi. This is in Photoshop 6.0 and a recent development.

If I go to Edit > Preferences, no matter what I select, the eyedropper tool launches. The preference I am trying to edit does not open. Only the eyedropper. Any ideas? This is crazy.

Thanks,
Seth!

ry resetting the preferences file.
It cures a lot of strange behavior in PS.

Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)
or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).

Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
