Specific Edit the color of my wheels

Could you make the wheels a gloss black? Or a matte black? I want to make it realistic because Im thinking about painting the wheels and I want to see what it would look like. Also I have a scuff on the front bumper. Could I have that removed? (This is optional: I was wondering If I could also have a seperate photo with the black wheels and the headlight housing AND the grill gloss black.)Thanks
