edit selection tool

Hi all,
first of all I apologize for my errors at writing in English, I'm foreign!
I have a simple issue with PS!
I need to use the selection tool but with a particular image. I mean, I don't want to select a simple circle, I want a different image to select and put on another paper. What can I do?

use the quick select tool not a marquee tool, That will select areas judging by pixel color and edges, the smaller the brush and lower you set the tolerence the more accurate the selection will be, and then you can refine edge to make a more accurate selection. Without seeing the image it is hard to advise you what is best there are many selection tools in Ps

and many more methods So I am sure there is something that will do your selection

You can also select parts of picture by different techniques described by Hoogle and combine them when saving and loading particular selection parts.
