Edit Pattern list

Hi all,

I've been using Define Pattern to create patterns to then use as fills - now I have a number of patterns that I don't need. Is it possible to edit the pattern list, so I can delete old patterns

Yes, use the presets manager to remove unecessary patterns. You'll access it from the flyout menu of the presets list.
 
In the Fill Dialog, you can also right click the pattern thumbnail and select Delete pattern. (PS7)
