Specific Edit out glare

A friend of mines uncle just passed. I'm still trying to learn photoshop. They would like to use this photo at the funeral, but I am struggling with taking the glare away and making his face more visible. Background does not matter. Any edit would be appreciated.

Hi @Cmckinnon,

Sorry for your friend's loss.

I made a try as well, I don't know if it's important but I struggled with the color of the bike, looks like there is a strong blue light on the ceiling, at first looks like it's purple but there are some "red" zones that made me doubt. so like red + blue is purple I decided for red, probably wrong XD.

Anyways if you wanna change something just let me know.
