Specific Edit background

Hi, Can you remove these two people from the background and maybe generally improve the photo? If you'd like you can also play with the background a little bit more and create something like this girls does with her photos?

Yeah a little bit. I was thinking about something sweeter not that "dark" if you know what I mean. Also I want to leave the original background and work around it not totally replace it.

I would love to see someone kind to leave the pave walk as it is (remove the people ofc), remove the whole background on the right - cars and street lamps and color it pastel pink of yellow instead and maybe leave the building on the right or also replace it with color. I hope somebody understand what I am trying to say. Also if I am asking for too much from a "free photoshop" part of this forum please tell me. Idk how it normally works. That's just my idea but maybe someone has a better one. Thanks!

This is nicely blended! Awesome effort, buddy! Keep it up. There is a white fringe on the girl's Right hand that could be reduced.
