I've done it before in earlier versions and I assume it's in the same place but where is the option to rotate a brush in CS6, I have to many layers to deal with tranform after appling I know it's here somewhere, anyone remember?

Window > Brush > Brush Tip Shape. It says angle.

okay I'm going blind please reword the title to read [h=2]Edit a paint brush, within preset, not on layer[/h]

iDad, Is Brush Dynamics what your looking for? When you click the little icon next to your brush settings it takes you to your Presets for your brushes and Brush Dynamics is on the first tab. Hope I understood this correctly.

All set ALB thanks! Valkania got it right.

Good! Same thing...just another route to get there.

I must be getting old or my computer is on the fritz..... I see five copy and pasted posts about OCR to jpg conversion.
Am I the only one seeing this?

Not that it matters to anybody Daddio, but I use the brush so often I just keep it clipped to my layers panel which is always my primary panel with history and swatches behind it.
