Hello, Everyone:
I have been tasked to enter translations in a diagram that is essentially a circle made of arrows, with boxes of text between the arrows (image attached). Because the translation, Spanish in this case, takes up more space than English, I have to re-size parts of the image to accommodate it. unless I reduce the text size a lot. I don't know how it was created. I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thanks much.

One way you could do this is to lasso the larger arrows and copy those to separate layers. Using the transform tool, you can move them into position along the circle, then shorten them so you can reposition points 3 and 4, fitting the words in.

You will have to redo the effect layers that are used for the new circle. Your circle blue is without texture or drop shadow but does have an opacity change.

Work on the one circle first. Once you make your new circle segments, merge or copy merge them and add the drop shadow layer fx. Now ctl/cmd click the thumbnail and recreate the blue circle layer with the corrected arrow segments.

If you need more detailed steps, let me know. I don't have time right now but should be able to in a few hours.
