I was wondering if anyone could guide me as to how can I duplicate a shape within a shape maintaing the exact aspect ratio. I have attached an image and marked it with a red rectangle. I am trying to draw the frame shape and then duplicate it into a smaller/larger shape and place them how it is in the image. I tried shift/ and option/alt keys but the shape is not coming out perfect. Please help.
