Droplet automation only for BMP

Hey guys, I'm having the following problem:
I need to export files in folders with Capture One. Some of these files are Bitmap, the rest ist RGB. The problem is, that Capture One is not showing (and obviously can't handle) Bitmap. So I need to automatically transform all Bitmaps to RGB.

I want to use a droplet for this, with an action that first transforms Bitmap to Greyscale and in the second step from Greyscale to RGB (as it don't seem to be possible to change directly from Bitmap to RGB mode).

But I don't know how I can automatize that this droplet action is only used on Bitmaps (as I don't want the RGBs to change into Greyscale).

Any idea with which settings or Script I can do that?

If all you are concerned about is RGB vs bitmap, you can use a conditional action that tests for RGB mode and stops there yet continues if it is not RGB mode.
