drawing tool

Does anyone have any recommendations for a drawing tool like a Wacom tablet and pen.
I'm looking for something that will give me more control when I am using tools like the Lasso tool.
I've looked at the Wacom stuff but it would be overkill in my situation is there anything else out there that is not as expensive but will do the trick for me.

Try an AipTek drawing pad. They are less expensive, and will get done what you are looking to do...

Thanks chillman, sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I thought I had clicked on the Notify but I hadn't.? ? I will check it out.
