They used just one picture.. So how can i do it with only a picture?
Like I stated in post #4.
Here's a better description.
Open your original and duplicate.
Turn off the
Original layer.
Highlight the
Original duplicate layer.
Using your
Pen Tool, make a selection of the guys, like this..... (Leave Haley out, I knew who she was by the way!)
Hit
Command + J to copy and paste your selection to a new layer.
Name it
first selection. (note: The Original layer should be turned off here!)
Next, highlight your
Original Duplicate layer again. Use your
Pen Tool to select Haley.
Hit
Command + J to copy and paste your selection to a new layer.
Name it
Second selection. Move it to the top of the layers panel.
Here's the important part!
Using the
Move Tool, move the
First selection layer 1 click to the right.
Move the
Second selection layer 2 click to the right.
Highlight the
Original Duplicate layer, the
First selection layer, and the
Second selection layer.
(note: the bottom layer should read,
Original Duplicate!)
Hit
Command + E to merge.
Rename the newly merged layer. I called it
Moved & Merged layer.
Now for the animation.
Turn off the
Moved & Merged layer.
Turn on and Highlight the
Original layer.
Double click the timeline (If you don't see it, go to WINDOW > TIMELINE)
Hit
CREATE FRAME ANIMATION.
The
Original layer will show up in the timeline.
Click the
Duplicate Frame Icon shown here.....
Go to your LAYERS panel, turn off the
Original layer, turn on the
Moved & Merged layer.
Set your timing to
0.01 seconds for both frames.
Set the
Looping option to
forever.
Press the play button.
Save for web.
