Don't get the chosen color??

Hi guys, It's a strange and weird problem but i choose a specific blue color for inner -and outer glow but photoshop gives me a grey color... what could be the problem???? Here's an image:

I already tried with that but that was not the problem.

I discovered the problem and that was in the very beginning when you choose a "new document" the color mode was set to "grey" instead of "RGB"...

How does it come that you do it 'always' man?? With me it's the very first time and i really don't know how it happened.. really weird.. it's like it was standard set to 'grey'??

Not weird really. PS will remember the setting of the previous new document created. Chances are your last document had that setting.

because whenever i close photoshop completely, then re open it if i open a new document then it is in black and white not rgb!
