Does This Look Real?

if not, how can I make it look more real in some which way shape or form???
Friend is trying out ways to do texter writing on the body parts/signs to make it look real for a business offer, he asked for my opinion on it BUT cause i know it IS NOT REAL its hard for me to judge it.
I think it looks okay, but it needs to pass graphic designer sort of people in business...

let me know, or if anyone can help make it look real enough? *including the tips to how to do it*

Depends on what you call "real" of course!
This is not how many writings would look like, but that doesn't make it look unreal if you get my drift.

Just a quick look at the picture tells me it looks pretty good.
How many people are going to examine this with a magnifiying glass?
But-
A little bit more realistic image would be one that had been gone over with skin texture and reflective areas.
Maybe if it looked wet and slick, with shiny areas it would be more effective.
Or is that too gross?
