Hi,

I am interested in posting a thread in the "Photoshop Newbies" section of the forum seeking assistance with a tutorial I have been following online that is a bit vague. I need to post the link to the tutorial to show potential responders what I need help with. However, I have yet to post eight times, which the rules say is required before posting links.

Does the 8-post rule apply here?
