Uh, that guy is taking a self shot with a phone that doesn't have a camera... I'm assuming.

You take a picture of the reflection of your friend holding an old payphone in a mirror. Then you cover your reflection with a piece of wood in post. Try to get all of your reflection though.

A better way to hide your reflection would be to have your friend stay where he is, so the shadow is right, move to his other side and shoot the other edge of the mirror. Blend in post.
