My camera saves my pics and then I download my pictures from my camera in a jpg format.
I use Photoshop to clean up the pictures. (Brightness/Contrast, corp etc) I then save the pictures in jpg, but always in less resolution than the original.
ie: Camera picture is 3-4MBits. Ater cleaning up in Photoshop, I save as a 1Mbit jpg file.
Am I losing something by working on a jpg and then saving as a jpg. (jpg is a lossy compression technique?)
Is there a better way to accomplish this and still not have to big a file.
I want my pictures to have the ability to be printed on up to 8 x 10 at Photo Quality.
Thanks
