Display CMYK channels as Pantone

Hello, I have a question, I dont't know how to do one thing in Photoshop but I know that it is possible.
namely, how to display CMYK channels (still beeing in CMYK Color mode) as other colors than they are?
For Example, I have an Image in CMYK Color mode and I want Yellow channel to display as Red or a Pantone Color (and not as Yellow). Where is a place where I can define which Color should be display as Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black?
