Disecting a Jpg image and reassembly

unable to upload photos

Photos are jpg and les than 60kb. Using IE7
Why ?

Yes here. How do I do it?
Each time I go to manage attahments,
I find the file I want to upload and press "upload" and the screen goes blank.

I think you have to have a certain number of posts in order for this site to allow you to upload. Post them to one of the many free image hosts on the web and then put a link to it here. You'll have to nix the http part though, because you cant post links yet either. Helps avoid spam.
