How do i create that red thing right at the top ??that says "Celebrating 30 years " , is that likely a brush or a shape?

Start with a shape. Create shape, CTRL+click the shape's layer icon to select the shape outline and on a new layer, apply a stroke of 1 or 2 pixels on the selection.

Deselect the selection marquee. And proceed to Rotate / Transform / Warp around the shape. create duplicates of the outline layer and move them around till you get a look you want.

Well first of all thank you so much for taking the trouble . i will try doing this .

If you make a smooth, not irregular shape, then you might try this.

Make your shape, follow dv8's explanation exactly. Now take the line layers you have made and add a white stroke to some close to the smooth shape. Be sure to keep layers on top of the stoked layer if you don't want their line shape/edges cut off.This will cause the line to cut into the shape and make its edges irregular.
