Disco effect how can i made this?

use a flash on your camera and a longer exposure than normal for the light streaks ie 1 second.

The flash will freeze the subjects in range then the longer exposure will blur the rest

So if i have a canon eos 1110d i have to use
SETTINGS: MANUAL MODE
SHUTTER SPEED-1 SECONDS
APERTURE-F9
ISO-100
Correct?

I have done many photos like this at various events in the past. The way I do it is to use shutter priority and set it anywhere from 1/60 to 1/2 of a second. Using this and a flash should emulate this nicely.

Edit: I also forgot to add that you can also play with the zoom while the shutter is open to get different effects.
