Hello everyone,
I'm posting on behalf of my father, we're trying to get to the bottom of a Photoshop problem - he's using Vista and CS4.
The problem is, for some reason it appears as though only one file at a time can be displayed in his Photoshop - I'll give an example:
Going to File > Open and opening up a picture opens the picture with no problem.
However, if I then go to File > Import and scan in a document, the previous picture file disappears - the scanned document is there, but there's no way to easily click back to the the first file.
The reason this is important is because he needs to be able to crop/drag/copy/paste etc between two or more different files.
It's a curious problem and one that didn't exist until a couple of days ago.
I hope I've explained myself here, and I'll be glad to clarify further if neccessary.
Many thanks for any suggestions of what's going wrong, I really appreciate your time and help.
