Specific Difficult: Removing double fence from pic

Hello,

I got a chance to see a Grizzly bear in bath, I got some decent pics but there was a double fence (which is normal).

Could it be possible to remove the double fence effet and make it more normal?

I know this is a difficult photoshop. If too difficult I can post I will pay for the service. This is the first one, there would be probably 3 or 4 more pics.
