Specific Different e-signature help

I need the background (all the white) removed from this signature. This is different than the thread posted earlier concerning a signature.

Good work, @LaceyKeo It however needs a little improvement as discussed below. When I opened your file, created another layer under it and filled it with black, this is what I observed:

This means there is still White from around the signature. So, I went into Blending Options, Blend If section, for "This Layer" section, I moved the White marker to the Left and separated the marker for a smoother transition by holding Alt. This is the result (no whites are observed):

Here is the final PNG file without traces of White.

This is absolutely fantastic but is there any way that you could scale that to about 25% percent? It's way too big for what I am trying to do. I would really appreciate the scaling.

Actually now that I think about it 50% might be better. Hate to be a pain but I would really appreciate it.
