This is accurate enough I believe, measurement-wise and it is Black dots on a white gird in vector format (in this case a PDF which can be loaded into PS or any structured graphic program. )  However I'm just guessing on the size of the dots even though the spacing is fine. 

Its a repeating pattern  (as in wallpaper) so I really didn't know how to present it for your optimal use.  That pattern is a grid of three 36 dot diamonds and one 25 dot diamond with 1 big dot in each corresponding point.

Speaking of the pattern; I was lazy and took one short cut.   As the pattern repeats one big dot is superimposed on another in the repeat.  It shouldn't make any difference but it is there.

<EDIT> I just noticed I cut the edges of the large swatch in a location that does not directly repeat.  It will with an overlap however. If this  is a problem let me know.  I'll just trim it elsewhere so it does repeat on a larger scale.
