Design Job Opportunity

I am looking for someone very talented with Photoshop who is able to create a few designs for my college tee-shirt project. Designer must be comfortable listening to design ideas and trying to bring them to life. I am only a college student so the pay won't be anything to write home about, but you can assume roughly $100 per finished design, maybe $200ish depending on how true to my ideas they are.

Here are some samples of the style of designs we will be trying to create... The designs must be done at 100% so that the printer can transfer them. Some work will be photo and image related, some designs will be purely text.

This is my first time trying to hire graphics design help, if more information or details are needed please respond here and let me know. I'm looking for a long term relationship as well with higher paying jobs down the road if anyone is interested.
