Deblur Photoshop Request

Hello there!
I recently had the fortune of meeting one of my favorite bands, Fitz and the Tantrums. Unfortunately, the kind stranger who took our picture accidentally moved while taking it. I know the magical plug-in for deblurring is still in development, but if you could make the picture as clear as possible, I would very much appreciate it.

I don't know about anyone else here, but for me "de-bluring" has very limited results and involves painstakingly going in and painting pixel by pixel. If anybody has a better method I'd love to hear it.
