Sorry, I made an attempt but there is a blur that makes it completely unreadable. Have you got another pic?

Send us various screenshots of the van in the video. Perhaps you've paused the video in the transition between two frames, hence not being able to capture the best quality (relative to the rest).

Or you could send us the video for us to see and try and do something.
