Day at The Beach

Thought I would try something different and create something in PS and use no stock images. I only used a few different brushes. I know it doesn't look "real", it's a "drawing" how real do you want it too be? lol.

I dont know it has quite a good cartoony look with it the only real criticism I can point out at first glance is the repeating cloud shapes that ruins the image to me and could do with randomising more

I thought the first one was better, as soon as i look at it i thought the darker blue area middy way in the image was the horizon, so the clods fitted really.

My own personal choice would be to make a more deeper blue or run a gradient over it that would define a better horizon.

I'm not sure how to define the shore line with painting , the only thing i could think off is using your cloud brush along the shore line them masking areas out where not needed and set a lower opacity. My be that might work, no idea.

But i like it.

Really? It looks like it's moving on your Iphone? That is crazy, wonder how it looks on my phone.....hmmm. It's an Android, Iphone too pricey for me....besides everyone has an Iphone, wanted something different.

I have an iPad too but use my phone mainly just look at it for a minute or so and looks like horizon is moving lol
