Hello, I have the plots in the provided links below. They have a white space which is unnecessarily using space when I use these plots on my Word Document. I cut them in the Word document, but it resulted in the figure lower its resolution and made some characters difficult to read. Can you please help me by cutting the white space around the large black frame while maintaining the quality same or guide me how I can do it? Guidance is appreciated as I will need to do it more frequently in the future.

Thanks,

Hi tcokyasar
Since you asked to have it done or tell you how to do it, I just clipped the high resolution image, saved them and attached them below. Steps taken
1) download full resolution image
2) Open in Photoshop and select the white area outside the black border
3) Invert that selection
4)Crop the image to that selection
5)Save the image

So, it was really a piece of cake. I guess I will need to install Photoshop on my computer lol. Yeah, I know, it is a shame not even having PS installed on my PC and coming here for a favor. I am now going ahead and installing that champ!

Thanks for the explanation!
