Cut White color away from 2 corners

Hi

Using Photoshop Is it possible to cut the 2 white areas away from the top right and bottom left to leave only blue color edge?

I have attached a .png file

Yes, just use the Pen Tool.
Do you know how to use the Pen Tool?
