i have tried every tool there is for this bike but i cant seem to get a clean extract for it. the wheels are never round and the handel bars just dont look right. How would you guys do it my last idea is to try the quick mask to try and do it but the colors are so similar i dont think thats the way to go. Any advise guys.

/ and yes i am buying this 8D

Use your Eliptical Marquee Tool to get round circles arund the tires. Then use your Pen Tool to select the bike itself. When finished, right click and select the Make Selection option in the dialogue window. It will then ask you what to do with selection. Pick the Add to selection option and voila, you will have the bike selected with round tires. :righton:

What I normally do in these situations is:
Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Levels
I would adjust the middle arrow until I can see the bikes outline clearly,
then I'd use the Magnetic Lasso to outline it loosely, then refine the selection using Quick Mask.
Once I'm satisfied I'd delete the Adjustment layer and viola! a clean selection and full color.

Hey ooptea,

What kind of bike is that? It looks like a monster to an uneducated eye. Wot a machine. You must be an experienced rider. That isn't a training wheel model! ;)

It's the Honda Rune and its a big bike. I am going to try the methods you guys said but that pen tool angers me. i am still trying to get used to it.
