Illustrator customize free downloaded vector

i am a beginner so apologize in advance for the simple question
i downloaded this vector (attached) which i like a lot and would like to customize the pie charts... is it possible? if not, any other suggestions please?

Of course it's possible. I downloaded the file to make sure it was editable. It just depends on your ability to edit it.
