I am new here and with Photoshop but I know PSP very good

Starting by first tutorial I found this Ctrl/Cmd

What it is?
 
ctrl/cmd ctrl is the keyboard key control if you have a pc you would use this with another key for a short cut to perform a task

cmd is the same thing only it is on a mac keyboard
