CS5 Holding Alt isn't bringing up my Eyedropper?

Not sure what I hit to stop this from happening, instead of the eyedropper appearing the move tool's pic changes. It replaces the arrows pointing N,E,S,W with a white arrow...

Any ideas what I did?

You must hold down I to switch to the eyedropper.

or be using the brush tool
