CS4 upgrade Question

I've been too slow about upgrading (Snow Leopard arrives tomorrow). I missed the Adobe 2012 cutoff (if it's still in effect) to upgrade to CS6 from my CS4. I've found at Safe Harbor Computers (sharbor.com) a download
for: CS6 upgrade from CS3 or newer......$189.99
Will Adobe activate this download upgrade at this point in time?
Any advice would appreciated.

There was a cutoff? I upgraded from cs3 to 6 last fall..about Oct. Upgrade price. If you DL your Cs3 go to Adobe s website and go to MyAdobe and you can look at your products and learn your cost for an upgrade.

I know somebody that missed the cut off date, they wrote a letter to Adobe and they gave him upgrade he was looking for, post-cut off date(he paid of course)
It never hurts to ask Adobe sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to you though but if it is a big jump(Version Wise) I don't know what you're luck would be
