CS4 Plug-ins folder

Cannot find the "Adobe Photoshop Only" folder in the "Plug-ins" folder. Isn't CS4 meant to have one since all earlier version, CS2,3, have that folder.
AND:
Is it normal for CS4 not to allow 2 images at the same time to remain on the desktop?

Help!!! Please somebody rescue me! I'm going nutso.

Not sure about the first part of your question (plugin folder). I just throw all mine in the same folder.

As for the second part, ...

Edit>Settings>Interface

Uncheck the box "Open Documents as tabs".

printer plug-in for cs4 installed and not available

I downloaded a print plug-in from Canon for Photoshop cs4 (image prograf 16bit print plug-in)
I extracted the file and clicked setup in the folder. It installed but is nowhere to be found on my photoshop cs4. I also dropped the file into photoshop plugins folder and used Edit-Pref_plugins to add the plugin folder. I dont know why I cant use this print driver plug-in.
Does anybody know what might be the problem.
