Specific Crooked tie

Hi everyone. I recently took some pictures of my son in his cap and gown but his tie is crooked and it’s driving me nuts. Thanks so much!

I hate to keep being so picky, but I just noticed that the right side of his collar is tucked in where the left side is out. Is it possible to get that right side to where it matches the left?
