Creative Creepify Cave Photo

I’m looking to add some sort of creepy element to the dark hole on the right side that leads deeper into the cave I explored. Either the face of someone attempting to hide from the flash or something similar, appreciate any replies!

I agree with @IamSam yet did not make those changes.

To make it a bit more ominous, something a bit more monstrous that is camouflages in the dark (e.g. texture could be initially mistaken for cave texture.
One has to adjust the tone to be appear as not there until you focus you attention on that area (as in a surprise).

Not sure the attached image achieves that yet providing as an idea on direction
