Hello Gham5! I think you posted the picture wrong or something, I don´t understand what you mean. :)

are you able to see the image above? This is the first time i've used this forum, i'm unsure how this works ha!

I can see it but it just a sentance or two of text and the top part of an ipad or something. If you click on the box that looks like like a window with a tree in it, you can post your picture through there. What did you do to post it? :)

I see a gradient, gray to white, bevel embossing, drop shadow. which part of that partial image are you looking to recreate?

I get an error message saying that i have to have at least 5 posts before i can post a link. It's the divider shadow in-between the text and the iPad… the gradient from gray to white

look on the tool window and select the gradient tool, if you have any ps knowledge you can figure it out,its fairly simple , the gradient tool igf you do not see it should be under the paint bucket tool

gham5,

If you want that horizontal line as part of your graphic, I suggest drawing a horizontal line with the pen tool, click on the brush tool, select an appropriate dark gray color; pick an appropriate pixel dimension and hardness (0%); then re-click on the pen tool, right click on your path, select stroke, then click the "simulate pen pressure" box on the pop-up window, then click OK.

That should create a line just like the one in your image.

don't know if you still need answers, but here's a visual eg of how to start. I didn't line up my angles but you can. I used a stroke emboss. Experiment.

You could also try duplicating the layers once you have them, adding a satin effect (change the color to very close to original of img, I'd go lighter), then play with layer blend modes, like soft light, and then decrease the opacity. Just gives it an extra richness.

worked it a bit more:
