Creating Realistic Wounds in Photoshop?

is there a way making realistic wounds in photoshop similar to bullet wounds? if so please tell.


before you start it's for a game mod the old ones are a little shabby.

OR... in the same manner we PS combine images to create a seamless composite, google for a suitable wound image , and PSstitch to your image....
