creating hyperlinks within a PS image?

Hi guys im trying to create a footer for my website and i wish to hyperlink the email address, is this possible within the image? Thanks guys.
 
Use Photoshop to create images, stick for real web design issues related to coding to hand coding or wysiwyg editors, you'll thank me for it for the rest of your life. ;)
