Verry nice effect Mark! :righton: Thanks.

I tried it and when I apply Brush Strokes>Sprayed Strokes and
Lighting Effects I am not geting the same effect like you.

Hi Lily, thx.

Actually that was a pretty lame, 5am attempt at a tute. Sorry. ;\

I've just rewritten a lot of it and in fact included some better example images. Plus i've changed a few things to improve the consitency of the effect.

I hope the reVamp is easier to follow.
Let me know! :righton:

You are welcome Mark. ;)

It works now great. Thank you so much. I like the effect a lot .
Here is a very quick one:[/b]

Thanks Mark , glad you like it. ;\

Focusing on your tutorial I didn`t notice that I made quite nice background as well.

I tried again, and this is what I did:

Following your tutorial to the end , I choose option to Invert embossed layer.

Now I nudge emboss layer 4px left.
I did copy background layer again and rotate 45 degrees, and resaze.
Filter>Distort>Wave
Add New Layer:Render>holding Alt Key>Clouds change blending mode>Overlay

Above the emboss Layer I add a new metalic texture, run displacment map, add layer mask and with grunge brush masked parts of the metalic texture.
Then I made a copy of White fill Layer and nudge left and change blending mode to soft light.
In the end I add Noise>8.3 % to Red Fill layer.
