creating a silk fabric background

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how to create a background that looks like crumbled silk material. Any help is welcome!!!!

Here is filter that might do it.

MuraMeister has a free filter called Cloud 2.2 that has settings for additional patterns and textures including one for silk.
There are a lot adjustments for silk so you may be able to get just what you need.
