Creating a Jpeg and printing. Help!

I am hoping someone can help me because I am at my wits end. I have created something in Photoshop and saved it as a jpeg but when I open it up as a jpeg and try to print, it comes out pixelated. It has text and brushes in it. Any ideas? Help!
