Create this Growing Optical Illusion

1. New Document : 25cm x 25 cm 72 PPI - White Background
2. Select ELIPSE TOOL (U) - Shape - Fill (Black) - No Stroke
3. Draw an elipse: .4cm wide x 30cm high and Rasterize layer
4. Align Background and Elipse 1 to the left
5. With only Elipse 1 selected - Press CTRL + ALT and press T
6. Move 'Elipse 1 Copy' layer to the Right by pressing the Right Arrow key. Leave space as needed between the 2 layers
7. MUST PRESS 'Enter' then Press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT and hit T enough times to fill your white layer (maybe 40+ times)
8. Select all Elipse layers and press CTRL + E to make one layer.
9. Make NEW LAYER and Paint or Paste your blurred image approximately in center.
