I want a help how to do write like this like in the picture ?

In looking at the 3D structure, I see one 3d font on top of another and this may be a challenge for Ps. I'm not saying that this title font effect can't be done in Ps, but it was more than likely created in Ai and Ae. Take a look HERE.

HERE is another source for the font.

Photoshop's 3D ability is not bad, but has a steep learning curve. I feel as though I could get very close to creating this title font in Ps, but I would never be able to explain the process.

You could take the time to look through some of THESE tutorials to see if you find a suitable technique.
