Create Image Sprite

I am wanting to create an image sprite in Photoshop. I was hoping if someone can tell me what setting to use for the Canvas. Transparent, Resolution and so on.

I'm not sure what are asking for, maybe you mean, sprite as in pixel art graphics.

Or you may consider using other Apps, especially designed to create pixel art such as: GraphicsGale, SpriteMite, etc
