create dotted line

I need dotted lines in the jpg I'm creating (per client's request). Anyway to create that in Photoshop? Thanks!

For dotted lines use circular brush like SeniorS showed.

As for dashed lines:
I usually create dashed line by stoking the path with circular brush or pencil tool and then stoking the same path with Eraser tool.
For Eraser tool I choose circle brush the same size I used to draw the line and adjust the spacing properly.

To smooth the corners of dashes I use Median filter if need be.
